Fifteen years is a long time to be someone else's brewer. Long enough to learn what makes a great beer, win a few medals along the way, and know exactly what you'd do differently when it's your name on the sign.

From the bold cans of Oskar Blues to the rugged character of WYOld West, and the legendary badlands of North Dakota at Stonehome Brewing, every beer I've touched has been a lesson. Rick's Brewing Company is where those lessons come home.

We're planting roots in Jefferson City, Missouri's capital with a story as rich as the beer we'll pour here. Expect approachable pints with real depth, a taproom that feels like your living room on a good day, and beer that doesn't need explaining.
